Strategy
BALANCE AND GROWTH Our strategy for balance and growth has four dimensions: Competence, Markets, Industries, Earnings.
1. COMPETENCES The strategy is to create a stable balanced interplay between our competences, i.e. our sale of products, solutions and service. The aim being to exploit the growth potential within each area while, at the same time, making us less dependent on one single area.
2. MARKETS There is increasing awareness of issues concerning clean air. This produces increased demand for efficient industrial air filtration in new markets. The strategy is to exploit this growth potential and make us less dependent on our present business segments.
3. INDUSTRIES We have concentrated our sales on selected industries but with the increase of environmental regulation, new opportunities emerge. Our strategy is to exploit those opportunities lying beyond our present industrial markets and additionally make us less dependent on the brances we already serve.
4. EARNINGS A vital aspect of our strategy is to improve our earnings and this is not merely focused on increased sales, but on the growing profitability of products and solutions as well as greater administrative efficiency and improved cash flow. |
